About The Position

Community Access Unlimited is seeking motivated individuals to provide essential support and care to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
As a DSP, you play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of our members. Your hands-on support and supervision make a real difference every day.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain program standards and ensure smooth daily operations
• Support members’ health and medical needs, including medication administration
• Follow policies regarding member care and program funds
• Foster positive staff/member relationships
• Ensure compliance with Individual Support Plan (ISP) processes and quality assurance reviews
• Adhere to CAU, CCP, CARF, and licensing standards
• Complete all required background and safety checks
• Maintain Carelogic documentation and check CAU emails regularly
• Cooperate with agency personnel and authorities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
