are seeking Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at
our program in Redding, CA.

If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or always wanted to

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals
with development disabilities in a variety of potential settings including
community, family or individual homes and generic community settings. We provide
a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity and contentment of
every consumer served by assisting and training individuals in the areas of
personal care, communication, and social skill development. This position
provides direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental
disabilities with co-occurring medical support needs in a residential setting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) preferred, especially personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Prior experience in a caregiving, personal care assistant, or home health aide role is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support to clients who live in the home
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene needs including toileting and incontinence care, bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation and feeding, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and attending day program
