About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
- Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Encourage participation in social and community activities.
- Document care and report any changes in client behavior or health.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive care.
