About The Position
Endeavor HCBS is seeking three experienced DSPs to support an adult male member in his home in Prescott. This is a one-on-one position where your skills, attentiveness, and compassion will truly make a difference. We are hiring immediately for multiple shifts - and offering a $100 sign-on bonus for candidates who come onboard fully certified. You will be supporting an adult male with physical disabilities who is friendly, routine-oriented, and benefits from steady, dependable support. He requires hands-on physical assistance with certain ADLs and needs a DSP who is attentive to safety and mobility support. This is a calm home environment ideal for a confident, compassionate professional who values building consistent rapport.
Requirements
- Current CPR Certification
- Current First Aid Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience assisting with mobility and personal care
- Ability to safely assist with transfers and bathing support
- Strong awareness of fall prevention and home safety
- Take pride in professionalism and reliability
- Understand dignity and respect in personal care
- Are calm, observant, and safety-focused
- Want steady hours and meaningful one-on-one support work
