About the Role: Shared Wellness is seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily living, community engagement, and personal growth. Current Immediate Openings – Start December 8, 2025 FULL-TIME POSITIONS Option 1 – Overnight (4×10 hour shifts) Wednesday 11p–9a (Tuesday into Wednesday) Thursday 11p–9a (Wednesday into Thursday) Friday 11p–9a (Thursday into Friday) Saturday 11p–9a (Friday into Saturday) Option 2 – Evenings (5×8 hour shifts) Sunday 3p–11p Monday 3p–11p Tuesday 3p–11p Wednesday 3p–11p Thursday 3p–11p PART-TIME POSITIONS Option 1 – Overnight Part-Time Sunday 11p–9a (Saturday into Sunday) Monday 11p–9a (Sunday into Monday) Option 2 – Daytime Part-Time Saturday 9a–3p Sunday 9a–3p Option 3 – Evening Part-Time Friday 3p–11p Saturday 3p–11p

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
  • Compassion, patience, and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Support daily living skills and independence
  • Assist with community outings, engagement, and activities
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, person-centered environment
  • Complete documentation and maintain program standards
