Working in the home and community environment responsible for the delivery of quality one on one services to Intellectual and Developmentally Delayed individuals and implementing their goals as outlined in the Person Centered Plan. Care may also involve activities of daily living and communication with other members of the individuals' multi-disciplinary team. Completion of all documentation in accordance with state and program regulations, Aveanna Healthcare policies and procedures, and any applicable accreditation standards. Driver's License and Personal vehicle with up to date insurance and registration required. No experience necessary, we will provide and pay for your training! Minimum Qualifications Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred, but not required Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. High school Diploma or GED.
