Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult’s Residential Program Support. Empower. Transform. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults (ages 22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence. Your Impact · Support adults with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication. · Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and skill-building. · Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior. · Partner with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans. · Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and program transitions. What You Bring · High School Diploma or GED. · Valid and current U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required. · Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs. · Experience with adults or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
