About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Beverwyck Group Home in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to adults with disabilities. Requirements

Valid driver’s license
20 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines
Support personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs
Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
