About The Position
Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and activities of daily living.
- Support clients in achieving individualized goals and participating in community-based activities.
- Follow and implement individualized support plans while documenting progress and changes.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and clean living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in training and team meetings to maintain high standards of care.
