About The Position

COLLEGE STUDENTS - Summer Work Are you a college student looking for summer work? Do you want to make “big bank”?!?! Direct Support Professional seasonal positions $20.00 / hr. (plus $1.50/hr shift differential if applicable) New hire training classes for seasonal workers starting in May 2026. We are a ministry providing comprehensive services to children and adults who have physical and intellectual disabilities. Requirements

Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
TB testing
High school diploma / GED

Responsibilities

Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning
Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities
Provide person-centered support to individuals in residential, community and day program settings.
Administer medications as prescribed
Transport individuals to medical appointments, work, and community activities
Ensure individuals health, safety, and emotional well-being.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold individual’s rights and dignity.
