Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional! No experience needed – we provide paid training! Full-Time & Part-Time: $18.00–$25.12/hr Are you compassionate, energetic, and motivated to help others live their best lives? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll do more than just provide support to individuals with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living needs such as meals, hygiene, and medication.
- Provide companionship and encouragement during recreational and community activities.
- Help create opportunities for growth.
- Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
- Participate in training and team meetings to continue to grow your skills.
