The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role at Magic City Enterprises involves supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, both in their homes and within the Cheyenne community. Support individuals with disabilities in their own homes.
Assist individuals as they navigate their daily activities in the community.
Teach daily living skills to individuals at different functioning levels.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have an insurable driving record.
Must pass a DCI background check if offered a position.

Experience in direct support or caregiving roles.
Certification through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) is a plus.

Pay of at least $15 per hour with an additional weekend differential of $2/hour.
Paid time off immediately.
6 paid holidays per year plus 2 floating holidays.
