We’re looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and teens (ages 12–21) with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program. As a Youth DSP, you’ll be a mentor, coach, and role model who leads person-centered activities that helps kids: Learn everyday life skills Build confidence and independence Participate in school, home, and community routines Discover their strengths and celebrate their progress This role calls for patience, creativity, and dedication.
