About The Position
Overview Residential Supervisor – Second Shift Pay Rate: $25.00 – $26.92/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (limited time only!) Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program serving youth with trauma related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for second shift to provide leadership and support to direct care staff while fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students. This role promotes consistency, structure, and therapeutic engagement while ensuring treatment goals and program expectations are upheld.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of residential care experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- High School Diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass all required background checks, including CORI, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender Registry, and federal fingerprinting
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain professional boundaries, and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to remain alert and attentive while on duty
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including participation in CPI physical restraint with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings, including Crisis Prevention Institute
