About The Position

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for our second shift to lead, guide, and support direct care staff while positively impacting the lives of our students. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff working with students. Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals. Use treatment goals to help students learn healthy life skills and support normative child and adolescent development. Engage and interact with students to promote a positive, healing community. Serve as a positive role model for all students. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of residential care experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate Child Care Specialists and Senior Child Care Specialists, providing training, development plans, and performance appraisals.
  • Oversee new staff orientation and ensure completion of 90-day evaluations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, overtime, and shift coverage to maintain required ratios.
  • Conduct interviews and recommend hires; ensure all personnel paperwork is completed.
  • Support student programming, including skills groups, recreation, and daily activities, and assign staff as student advocates.
  • Promote professional growth and initiate corrective action or progressive discipline as needed.
