About The Position

Overview Residential Supervisor – Second Shift Pay Rate: $25.00 – $26.92/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (limited time only!) Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program serving youth with trauma related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for second shift to provide leadership and support to direct care staff while fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of residential care experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass all required background checks, including CORI, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender Registry, and federal fingerprinting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain professional boundaries, and work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to remain alert and attentive while on duty
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including participation in CPI physical restraint with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings, including Crisis Prevention Institute

  • Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff during assigned shifts
  • Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals

  • Serve as a positive role model for students and staff
  • Ensure daily routines, safety standards, and program expectations are followed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding student care and staff performance
