If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or always wanted to be one, this is the opportunity for you as we are hiring immediately! No experience required - we provide PAID training. Pay rate - $20.75/hour. Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individuals Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride and fostering independence in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping and laundry. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred.
• NADD DSP Certification training within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on individuals' lives.
