About The Position

Join a mission-driven team delivering restorative care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in supportive, community-based settings. As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.

Requirements

Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs.
Skilled in monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress clearly and professionally.
A natural role model with a positive, caring demeanor and a strong sense of teamwork.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.
Licensure: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices), and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, or kneeling without restriction.

Nice To Haves

Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).

Responsibilities

Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills, including: nutritional guidance, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and relationship development, personal care and hygiene, medication administration
Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.
