About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional at Clarvida, you will provide essential direct care to individuals in residential programs and intermediate care facilities. Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care to individuals in residential programs and intermediate care facilities.
• Participate in the development of pre-assessment and assessment processes.
• Encourage residents to acquire skills for greater independence.
• Communicate openly with other service providers regarding residents' well-being.
• Assist the supervisor in training new staff to ensure continuity of training.
• Prepare and complete required documentation in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Ensure accurate accounting of household funds, consumer funds, and medical information.
• Report concerns regarding programmatic or resident issues to the Program Specialist.
