As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will: Support individuals in planning and participating in social, recreational, and community activities Provide hands-on care in a comfortable home setting Encourage self-advocacy, independence, and confidence Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed Help individuals build life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and household management Promote emotional, physical, and personal well-being Every day is different. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid NYS driver's license (preferred)
A positive attitude and commitment to supporting others

Responsibilities
