Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) — Evenings & Weekends Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a supportive and inspiring work environment? Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid FL driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain—we train!)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized support plans; promote person-centered goals and community inclusion
• Provide respectful assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, mobility)
• Support communication, skill-building, and meaningful daily routines
• Document services accurately; communicate observations to the team
• Maintain a safe, caring, professional home environment; follow HIPAA and agency policies
