About The Position
Seeking a Direct Care Professional in Paxton MA working with adolescents/young adults (co-ed from ages 4-14). Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts' STARR is an off campus group home located in Paxton, MA, and serves co-ed youth, ages 4-14, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.
