About The Position

Part time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.'s, Supported Living department. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.

Requirements

• Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week for the Sign-On Bonus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities.
• Assist clients to be as independent as possible.
• Mentor clients on daily living skills.
• Help clients be a part of the community.

Benefits

• $350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position.
• Shift Differentials: Additional $1.00 for weekends. Additional $0.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts on weekdays.
