The position involves providing quality care, direction, guidance, and assistance to customers with their daily activities. This includes helping with bathing, bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication, administering treatments, and performing housework. The role also requires helping customers make and keep appointments, providing or arranging transportation for errands, and serving as a companion. Additionally, the employee will help customers achieve agreed-upon goals to improve their quality of life and integration into the community. Daily updates of each shift's activities must be documented using an online platform, and the employee is responsible for observing the customer's condition and monitoring the surroundings to ensure safety and success, including the monitoring of equipment and materials. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
