This position involves providing quality care and support to customers in Lonoke, AR during the night shift from Saturday to Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM. The role includes assisting customers with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and medication management, as well as helping them achieve their personal goals for improved quality of life and community integration. The caregiver will also be responsible for maintaining safety and monitoring the customer's condition, providing written updates of activities, and performing other assigned duties.

  • Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
  • Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion.
  • Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
  • Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
  • Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success, including monitoring of equipment and materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
  • Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision.
  • Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and asks for clarification and explanation when needed.
  • Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
