NCIA is seeking compassionate Community Living Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. This role ensures health, safety, and personal growth through individualized support and community integration. This position has Part Time schedules available up to 26 hours per week.

  • Implement Person-Centered Plans, behavior plans, and nursing care plans
  • Provide supervision, personal care, and life skills training
  • Assist with meal preparation, household upkeep, and community activities
  • Document daily progress, incidents, and health data in agency systems
  • Transport residents to appointments and activities
  • Respond to crises and communicate concerns to medical and supervisory staff
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe home environment
  • Ability to follow care plans and complete documentation accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
