About The Position
RRSI offers a shift differential of $1.50 per hour (in addition to the base hourly rate) for all hours worked from 4P to 7A. This position provides assistance to professional case management and supervisory personnel in delivering person-centered services in a community residential program for adults with a range of mild to severe intellectual disabilities. The role is distinguished from the Direct Support Professional 4 and 5 positions by not having direct responsibility for case management but focuses on providing a wide range of client support activities. General supervision is received from the Residential Supervisor who assigns work and reviews upon completion.
