About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing in-home support to children and/or adults with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living skills, personal care, and fostering independence, in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISP) developed by the Oregon Department of Human Services. The DSP plays a crucial role in helping clients improve life skills and ensuring accurate documentation of their progress.
