We’re excited to welcome someone who will become a supportive and encouraging presence for our son. If you’d like, I can also tailor this for Care.com, Facebook groups, or a more casual or more professional tone 😊 Our Culture Makes a Difference: We invest in our employees, starting with on-the-job training, and continuing mentoring and coaching.
