About The Position

The position involves providing quality care, direction, guidance, and assistance to customers with their daily activities. This includes helping with bathing, bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication, administering treatments, and performing housework. Additionally, the role requires helping customers make and keep appointments, arranging transportation for errands, and serving as a companion. The employee will also assist customers in achieving their agreed-upon goals to improve their quality of life and integration into the community. Daily updates of each shift's activities must be documented using an online platform, and the employee is responsible for observing the customer's condition and monitoring the surroundings to ensure safety and success, including the monitoring of equipment and materials. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Prompt and regular attendance required
