About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional II at Seven Hills Community Services, you will empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Your work will contribute to creating safe, supportive environments that foster independence and personal growth. You will assist individuals with daily living, promote community connections, and support them in achieving their personal goals. Additionally, you will take on leadership responsibilities, including training and supervising other direct support staff, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
