About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP I & II), you will support adults with developmental disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH). You’ll assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and promote positive behaviors through meaningful engagement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Required: CPR/First Aid, CPI, DSP I & II
• RBT certification required within 6 months (training and fast-track support provided)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines based on Individual Program Plans
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals
• Encourage positive behaviors through activities (walking, reading, games, learning projects)
• Provide transportation using company vehicles when needed
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
