About The Position

Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, operating as a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts. This position offers a new pay rate of $21.00 - $22.92 based on experience, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Child Care Specialists / Direct Care Workers for a limited time only. The full-time schedule consists of evening shifts with a 4-day work week: Tuesday from 3 PM to 11 PM, Thursday from 2 PM to 11 PM, Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 11 PM. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record.
• Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender Registry, and Federal Fingerprinting background record checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with students to promote a positive and healing community as a positive role model.
• Be part of a therapeutic team that supports students' development through individualized treatment goals.
• Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma, while supporting normative child and adolescent development.
• Assist with student activities such as recreational off-campus trips, home visits, and special events.
