About The Position

Join Our Team at Stetson School! Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program supporting youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We’re currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts. Make a difference every day by providing compassionate care, structure, and support to help youth thrive in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Minimum of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
• Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and Federal Fingerprinting background record checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with students, serving as a positive role model and promoting a safe, healing community.
• Support a therapeutic team in helping students achieve individualized treatment goals.
• Use treatment goals to teach healthy life skills and aid in trauma recovery while supporting normative child and adolescent development.
• Assist with student activities, including recreational off-campus trips, home visits, and special events.
