About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in a residential setting, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance.
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care for residents.
• Transport residents to day programs and appointments.
• Complete household chores to maintain a clean living environment.
• Promote independence among residents through various activities.
• Engage residents in recreational activities, such as trips to the park.
