As a DSP Floater at Community Options, Inc. (COI), you'll bring flexibility and heart to every shift by supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in living richer, more meaningful, and more independent lives. The DSP Floater must be available to work varying days and shifts at a variety of service/client locations. The DSP Floater will provide service and support to people with developmental disabilities to help them achieve more meaningful and productive lives in accordance with the values statements of COI. Provision of service takes place in a variety of locations including COI facilities, supported employment and in the community-at-large. Person Centered Planning (PCP) takes place with all clients and staff participate in the planning and implementation of the PCP. What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities You'll step into different assignments based on agency needs, serving in a variety of settings. Your support can range from a friendly reminder to full assistance, depending on each person's abilities. Every shift you work is a chance to help someone take a step toward independence, build confidence, and feel connected to their community.
