Overview Must be available to work all 3 shifts! 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift! Driver's License Needed - with 3 years of clean driving record required. Homes for Independent Living (HIL) is looking for an experienced caregiver to join our team. You will provide direct care for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges through individual or behavioral service plans.
