One Vision is hiring Full-Time Float Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, flexible support across multiple residential sites in Fort Dodge, & Webster City, IA. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and provide physical assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in daily living activities: hygiene, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and medication self-administration
• Foster independence and community involvement by assisting with outings, appointments, grocery shopping, and budgeting

• Complete documentation and communication logs using basic computer skills
