Requirements

• Flexibility and a willingness to adjust to short-notice schedule/location changes.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• A compassionate attitude and commitment to person-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work all assigned shifts, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Drive individuals to medical appointments and community outings.
• Support individuals based on their specific care plans—reading, understanding, and following each plan accurately.
• Work a variety of shifts, including: Mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays Sleep and awake overnights Emergency or short-notice schedule changes
• Collaborate with Supervisors to ensure consistency and quality of care across all locations.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $18.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hour automatically added for all weekend hours
