About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Monroe, you'll be at the frontline of supporting people with developmental disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Our DSPs include young people who have recently graduated from high school as well as recent retirees and so many people in between! Our Direct Support Professional position in Greece, NY, located at the new homes on Long Pond Road, offers a meaningful opportunity to work within your community. DSPs provide hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community involvement.
