About The Position

At Hands of Heartland, we believe that people with developmental disabilities are people first. Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in Omaha, NE.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience not required – we will train you!

Nice To Haves

• CNA license (preferred for higher pay).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
• Assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
