About The Position

The pay for this position starts at $19.53/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $22.76/hour. The schedule for this position is 7am-11pm Sunday, and 3pm-11pm Monday-Wednesday. This position is located in Fitchburg, MA. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Cathy House program serves co-ed individuals aged 5 to 12 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal. With 1:2 staff to students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. The program goal is to teach, coach, and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills while staying active and having fun.
