Requirements

• Must be at least 18-years-old.
• H.S. Diploma or GED and one-year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience preferred.
• If driving is required, reliable means of transportation and safe driving record for one full year prior to hire date.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services from program room to internship site for participants as assigned.
• Performs job coaching duties and on-the-job training for assigned participants.
• Serves as a positive role model to participant and internship placement staff, modeling appropriate work skills, behavior and social interaction.
• Responsible for reading, understanding and implementing each participant's safeguards and IPOP, if applicable.
