Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Direct Support Professional or in a similar role.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with registration and insurance in your own name.
• PMT certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
