Our DSP positions offer excellent career advancement opportunities starting at $18.50 per hour for entry-level candidates. Experienced DSPs can advance to overnight shifts earning $19.50 per hour. Additionally, all DSPs have access to our Three-Tier Micro-Credentialing Program, where each completed tier adds $1.00 per hour to your base pay. With full program completion, DSPs can earn up to $22.50 per hour, rewarding your professional development and expertise.
