We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Sub/Per Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Jackson, NJ. In this role, you will provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to men with disabilities in a residential group home setting on a flexible schedule. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
  • Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
  • Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living skills including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining healthy routines
  • Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs
  • Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
  • Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
