Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Resources Corp. Hourly Services 📍 Location: Sigourney, IA 🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time (Hourly Services) 📅 Schedule: 8 hour shifts 3x per week Empower Independence. Enrich Lives. In this role, you'll support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and community integration by assisting with daily living skills, personal goals, and meaningful activities. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed
As part of the job requirements applicants must have satisfactory results on a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
Provide transportation to appointments and events
Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
