As a DSP, you will: Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility) Support community involvement, errands, appointments, and life skills development Follow each Individual Support Plan (ISP) with care and attention Monitor health, safety, and behavior and report concerns appropriately Complete daily documentation accurately Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries Participate in required trainings and ongoing skill development You are not just assisting, you are helping someone maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life.
