Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings. Join our team and make a meaningful impact by helping people achieve their goals and live their best lives! New Enhanced Pay $18.19-$20.72/hr.+ based on experience and shift differentials! Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available: Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) Overnight : 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate) We have full-time and relief positions available! These residential caregivers support individuals in maintaining safe and healthy lifestyles within the community by assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household upkeep. They adhere to care plans, medication guidelines, and protocols, working closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to promote the overall well-being and quality of life of individuals with disabilities. In addition, they offer emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy to ensure residents' rights and needs are respected. When you join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), don't worry, you don't need to come in with experience. We provide training to make sure you feel confident and supported from day one. Mozaic, a not-for-profit organization based in the Finger Lakes Region, specializes in providing services and residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Requirements
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities is valued
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household upkeep.
- Adhere to care plans, medication guidelines, and protocols
- Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers
