We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Professionals to join our caring, multidisciplinary team at Henry House , a newly constructed, innovative adolescent respite facility in Burgaw, NC . This isn’t just a job — it’s a meaningful opportunity to support young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health challenges as they build independence and thrive in a supportive, person-centered environment. Your Role in Our Mission As a Direct Service Provider, you will play a vital role in the lives of adolescents with complex needs by supporting them in residential and community-based settings. Under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP), you will assist individuals in reaching their goals through daily living activities, community engagement, and skill development — always guided by person-centered and informed-choice practices. You’ll help create a stable, supportive environment where every interaction is an opportunity to foster growth, independence, and resilience. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs
  • Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take on various responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine compassion for others
